My name is Melissa Josephsen and like every artist always says... I've been drawing for years and I just really wanted to pursue
I started drawing as a little kid on the kitchen counter along side my brother. We would be listening to music and I'd be drawing to my hearts content, as happy as can be. Real life shortly showed up, I went to school for Graphic Design, and I've been working a 9-5 job to make ends meet, but now I want to get back to my roots.
My other desire is to be an inspiration to other artists out there who feel trapped in that corporate whirlpool where creativity is not valued and their talents are under appreciated. I'd love for everyone to follow me on this adventure, as I've got a great line up of artwork here in the future, and plenty of older images for all to see.
You're able to watch my progress with these projects, as well as older pieces I've done on my Instagram page @MelJo_JoJo

I'm an artist that has been working through the graphic design world for years. I'm now on my own and drawing a burlesque menagerie. I've decided to go full-time with my artwork and thank everyone for their time and support!
